Along with about 15 other local artists, I was asked to paint a trashcan or dumpster in a large alley in Grand Forks known affectionately as the Alley of Love. A large community building event was being held in the alley behind numerous downtown businesses and the event organizers wanted to be sure that the alley was spruced up and looking vibrant. Each artist was given a trash can, and assigned a local business to represent in some way. I got this lovely little mini-dumpster, and my business was a local Caulfield Photography studio. My wife and I took about 2 1/2 hours to paint this Leica camera on the side of the dumpster. Thanks for stopping by!
